Visit from Hannam

Hyung-tae KimHannam University has kicked off the academic year at the Centre for Ministry, offering courses in partnership with United Theological College and Charles Sturt University.

Hannam University is a  Christian educational institution, founded in 1956, in Jaejeon, Korea.  It currently maintains seven graduate schools, ten colleges, seven divisions, 44 departments, 9 auxiliary organizations, 8 research institutes, and 108 sister colleges and institutions in more than 23 foreign countries.

Following the Opening Service on Tuesday, the President of Hannam University, Hyung-tae Kim, presented Camden Theological Library Manager, Moira Bryant, with a significant donation of contemporary Korean Language resources.

Camden Theological Library is most appreciative of the gift and support from Hannam University, and looks forward to developing this theological education partnership.

In support of Hannam and all Korean library users, Camden Theological Library continues to expand the Korean Language Collection, which in the last three years has grown from one book, to over 1100 items, including a range of Korean Language journals, updated monthly.
